Finding something from the past and developing it into something different and new. That is usually the way my design process starts. Forms and ideas that combine traditions, classic shapes and modern design is the combination that gives the timeless feeling to the products.

Sylvia- Tealight candle holder design combines nostalgic lace pattern with white porcelain. Fragile and delicate pattern lights up when the candle inside is lit.

Remember the coffee set your Grandma always used when she had visitors?
Ever wondered were that tableware is now? Adahl is a collection of modern jewellery that brings back memories.
Materials come from attics or antique stores, even from the ground or by the sea shore. Where ever you can imagine to find a piece of old porcelain. They are made to be precious again. Even the back stamps and hallmarks that originally were designed merely informative, now find a new life as a gem stone. Collection is designed together with jewellery designer Helena Lundahl.
