HULA
Mortar and Pestle
Material: Porcelain
Hula is a porcelain mortar and pestle set with a clever twist: The name 'Hula' refers to the swinging action of the pestle, but it also doubles as a handy container for storing unground herbs, salt or pepper. As a new take on the traditional object, with its generous lines and ergonomic form, Hula is not a piece to be stored away in the cupboard, but makes an interesting kitchen feature with its humorous toy-like appearance.
